In short: We only collect the data our services need and we never sell data. Our games don't require an account; on the website we only keep what you give us when you write to us or join the newsletter.
01. Scope and contact
This policy explains what data White Beard Games collects through the whitebeard.games website and all the games and apps it publishes (the "Services"), how it is used and with whom it is shared. Any game-specific details are given on that game's page and in the data safety section of its store listing. For any privacy question or request: info@whitebeard.games.
02. Data we collect on the website
There are no accounts on the website. Data is processed only in these cases:
- Contact form: your name, email address, chosen topic, message and the page language. Used only to reply to you.
- Newsletter: your email address and language. Used only to send announcements and news.
- Cookies and analytics: your cookie choice is stored in your browser. Google Analytics only runs if you allow it in the cookie notice; it collects aggregate usage data such as page views, approximate location and device information. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
- Server logs: when you visit the site, the hosting infrastructure may keep technical logs such as IP address and browser details for security and error tracking.
03. Data collected in our games
Our games don't require you to create an account or sign in; we never ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts. Depending on the features a game uses, the following providers may process data:
| Feature | Processed by | Data | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ads | Google AdMob | Advertising ID, device information, approximate location derived from the IP address, ad interactions | Showing and measuring ads, fraud prevention |
| Online multiplayer | Unity Gaming Services | Anonymous player ID, session and connection information | Creating and joining rooms over the internet |
| In-app purchases | Google Play / App Store, Unity IAP | Purchase record | Verifying and restoring purchases |
| Stability | SDKs in use (e.g. Google AdMob) | Crash and diagnostic information | Finding bugs and keeping the service stable |
Your payment details (cards etc.) never reach us; payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store. Other players see you only by in-game character names.
04. Data kept on your device
Game settings (sound, vibration etc.), your choices and game progress are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. If a game offers optional diagnostics and you turn them on, the logs stay on your device. When playing on a local network (LAN), game data is exchanged only between devices on that network. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
05. Ads and consent
Our games that show ads use Google AdMob. Where required (e.g. EU/UK), Google's consent form is shown when the game starts, and you can also decline personalized ads in the in-game settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. How Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. If a game offers a "Remove Ads" purchase, it shows no ads after you buy it.
06. Why we process data and on what basis
We process data only for the purposes in this policy: replying to you, sending the newsletter, running our games' multiplayer and purchase features, showing ads, and keeping the Services secure and stable. Analytics cookies, personalized ads and the newsletter rely on your consent; replying to requests, verifying purchases and security rely on providing the service and our legitimate interest. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decisions.
07. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell data. Data is shared only with providers that help us run the Services (Google, Unity, the website's database, email and hosting providers) and with authorities where legally required. These providers' servers may be outside Türkiye; transfers rely on your consent or on the safeguards required by applicable law. Provider policies: Google, Unity.
08. Retention and security
We keep contact messages until your request is resolved and for any follow-up it needs, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Anonymous player IDs in our games are deleted within 30 days of your request. Google, Unity and other providers retain data according to their own periods. Data sent over the internet travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and only authorised team members can access it.
09. Your rights
Under applicable law such as KVKK and the GDPR, you can ask whether your data is processed, access it, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent you gave. Send your request to info@whitebeard.games; we reply within 30 days. To leave the newsletter, just write to the same address. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to your data protection authority.
10. Children
Our games are designed for ages 13 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Data deletion
To have data linked to one of our games or the website deleted, just write to info@whitebeard.games. You can delete game data on your device right away by uninstalling the app. For Party Pals, see the step-by-step data deletion page.
12. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date. If something important changes, we announce it on the website and in the affected game.
