All content in our games — including art, music, code, characters and trademarks — belongs to White Beard Games and is protected by copyright. You are free to create non-commercial fan content as long as you follow the guidelines in our press kit.
04User content
You are responsible for the content you share in our community channels. We do not allow harassment, hate speech, spam or illegal material; we reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules.
05Purchases & refunds
All purchases happen through the store where you bought the game (Steam, Nintendo eShop) and are subject to that store’s sales and refund terms. Payment disputes are resolved primarily through the relevant platform.
06Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as is”. We cannot guarantee they will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the services.
